GamerPlug
GamerPlug is a swipe-and-match team finder for gamers. Instead of profiles, you swipe through real gameplay clips and match with players by skill, style, and vibe. I founded it and build the whole stack: the React Native app, the Next.js web platform, tournaments, and the clip pipeline.

Match on gameplay, not bios
The mobile app is the core of the product. A vertical feed of gameplay clips lets you see how someone actually plays before you team up, then a swipe sends a plug request. Chat, squads, and a per-game profile with rank and platform sit behind it.
Built with Expo and React Native on top of Supabase, with clip uploads flowing through S3 and CloudFront so playback stays fast on bad connections.

A web platform around the app
gamerplug.app carries public gamer profiles, game pages, tournaments with brackets and prize pools, a leaderboard, and localized landing pages. It is a Next.js app that shares the same Supabase backend as mobile, with Discord and webhook integrations for community and creator tooling.
